Cancel Policy
- Orders that have not been shipped are subject to a no-questions-asked cancellation within two days. If your order has already been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original package. After the customer has paid the fast shipping fee (including fast shipping methods such as EMS in Hong Kong, Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD), FedEx, etc.), the shipping fee is not refundable if the goods have already been shipped.

Shipping Policy
- Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
